The Last 65 Day Pause, part 4

My heart, and our flock, experienced so much during this "pause."  To keep this story short(er) I’ll share in bullet form...

  • The Chosen Ones (my three kiddos) shifted to public school.  Jesus met me the following morning with “So don’t be afraid, little flock.  For it gives our Father great happiness to give you the kingdom.”  ~Jesus (Luke 12:32)

  • Gift of Him through songs while seeking in the morning:  “On Your Porch” by The Format, and “Peace in the Valley” by Dawes!

  • My friend became a widow and is now a single mom of two beautiful teenagers.  Christ is her heart’s rock.  She will walk this new path out, giving God all the glory.

  • Encouragement shared by a stranger through Facebook Messenger as we coordinated to do a porch pick-up for random goodies.

  • Event scheduled and hosted to support my friend and her non-profit organization, North Star Initiative, purposed for and existing to abolish sex-trafficking!

  • Reached out to a dear friend and it turned out she was in dire need.  I was able to go and be with her <3

  • We were made aware of the physical needs of two families in town, through reaching out to others who also exist to share Jesus's love, we were able to meet their needs.

  • Whisper from God of Isaiah 55:8-13, I have a long history with Him here!

  • Gift of Praise through song while seeking Him in the morning:  “Home” by Phillip Phillips, “Hometown Glory” by Adele and “Hope” by Royal Tailor.

  • Praise poured out because of my dear friend sharing honestly and KNOWING hope is real.

  • Remembering on Thanksgiving Day, November 26th, 2012, we lost Ryan’s Pappy O, who’s memorial started our flock on His unique journey of believing Isaiah 55:8-11.

  • Being pain free and getting rest over Thanksgiving!

  • Ryan giving praise for “treatment for my back” and “opportunities!”

  • Gift of Praise through song while seeking Him in the morning:  “You Are Here” by The Wailin’ Jennys, “Sunset 1989” by Swimming with Dolphins,  “Gravity” by Royal Tailor, “Cedarwood Road” by U2.
